Yes, I have my fair share for those times. It is hard to really know if a restaurant is trying its best to keep things completely gluten free. Its best to really stress that the meal HAS to be gluten free and it can not come in contact with any flour at all. But, still you never know. Is it a risk worth taking? Depends. I’m risking it at a pizzeria. Which should be interesting. It is a live and learn situation.

I have not been this excited in a really long time. I can not remember the last time I have had real pizza from a pizza parlor. I guess at least 8+ years.
